Link your health data
Connect the wearables you already own — and share bloodwork or history when you choose to. The fuller the picture, the better the twin.

Your twin lives in WhatsApp — no new app to download. It tracks your trends, answers questions, and nudges you on sleep, recovery, training and daily habits.
Referral, only with consent
When something genuinely needs a professional, the twin asks first — then, with your consent, shares a short summary with a registered clinician. A separate step, always your call.
Your data, treated like it matters
TwinSelf is built by a registered company and handles your health information as sensitive personal data — because it is.
What we collect
Wearable metrics, the health information you share in conversation, and documents you choose to upload — with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of running your twin.
How AI is used
Your record is keyed to an internal ID, not your name, and your data is never used to train AI models. A registered health professional governs anything clinical. The twin advises on wellbeing; it does not diagnose.
Where it lives
Your records are stored in secure, encrypted infrastructure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it except as set out in our privacy policy.
Your control
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by writing to privacy@mytwinself.com.
