Morning — HRV's down 18% over three days and last night's sleep ran short. No surprise after yesterday's 53 km on the mountain bike — a good day to keep it easy. You're right on track for the stage race next month. 07:02
Thanks. My right knee's also been aching on stairs since Sunday's padel with my wife and her friends. 07:04
Let's figure it out together and make sure it doesn't give you trouble for longer. A few quick ones so we can get ahead of it: sharp or dull? Any clicking or swelling? Does it ease once you're warmed up? And out of 10, how bad going down stairs? 07:05
Dull, a bit puffy, no clicking. Eases when warm. About a 6 going down. 07:06
Thanks — that helps a lot. A 6 five days in, with some swelling and no sign of settling, landing right as your load jumped and your HRV dropped. This isn't one to leave to chance; your knee deserves proper eyes. May I send a short summary to your physical therapist, Bruce Smith? FLAGGED FOR A LOOKOUT 07:08
Yes, please — I give consent. 07:09

The safety spine

Every message passes through clinical governance.

The twin responds to you directly, always. Behind it sits a clinical governance layer — oversight designed into the system, with clinician review that scales as we grow — and each interaction is classified by the degree of human attention it warrants.

GREEN

Autonomous

Within a clinically defined scope — wellbeing guidance, interpretation, and day-to-day support — the twin operates on its own. No human attention required.

YELLOW

Flagged for oversight

The twin responds as usual, and the interaction is logged and surfaced for clinical review. The team may follow up, at their discretion.

RED

Highest priority

When the twin identifies something serious, it stays with you, responds, and points you toward appropriate care. The interaction is marked highest-priority for clinical oversight.

How it works

No new app to learn. TwinSelf lives where you already talk.

Connect

Link your health data

Connect the wearables you already own — and share bloodwork or history when you choose to. The fuller the picture, the better the twin.

Chat

Message it on WhatsApp

Your twin lives in WhatsApp — no new app to download. It tracks your trends, answers questions, and nudges you on sleep, recovery, training and daily habits.

Link

Referral, only with consent

When something genuinely needs a professional, the twin asks first — then, with your consent, shares a short summary with a registered clinician. A separate step, always your call.

Your data, treated like it matters

TwinSelf is built by a registered company and handles your health information as sensitive personal data — because it is.

What we collect

Wearable metrics, the health information you share in conversation, and documents you choose to upload — with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of running your twin.

How AI is used

Your data is de-identified before any AI processing, and clinical oversight governs anything clinical, under a registered health professional. The twin advises on wellbeing; it does not diagnose.

Where it lives

Your records are stored in secure, encrypted infrastructure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it except as set out in our privacy policy.

Your control

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by writing to privacy@mytwinself.com.
